C.I.A.E. staff will strive their best to communicate with people with disabilities in manners that take in account their disabilities.

To ensure that every visit to C.I.A.E is a memorable experience, kindly contact us in advance to let us know how we can better assist and accommodate your needs. Should you require special accommodations, kindly contact us by email at info@art4exhibition.ca, three weeks prior to the event opening day and we will work collaboratively with you to ensure that all of your customized accessibility needs are fulfilled.

Feedback Procedure

C.I.A.E strives to provide the very best service for all of its customers including persons with disabilities. As such, we welcome all feedback and comments on our products, goods as well as services as it pertains to meeting your expectations. Feedback pertaining specifically to the way C.I.A.E has accommodated and provided services, goods and products to people with disabilities can be addressed to the Operator Coordinator by email at info@art4exhibition.ca

All comments and feedback will remain confidential. A follow-up response can be expected within 10 business days of submission.

Assistive Devices

Wheelchair accommodations: A limited number of wheelchairs will be available for attendees and participants on a first-come, first-served basis at the Information Desk.

Service animals:  Service animals are welcomed and allowed inside all areas of the event open to the public.

Support Persons: We will offer a complimentary admission ticket for the support person of a person with a disability. These complimentary tickets will be accessible at the onsite box office upon the purchase of a general admission ticket for the person with disabilities.

Emergency Evacuation Procedures

In the event of an emergency, persons requiring accommodation should immediately notify any C.I.A.E staff at the Information Desk located inside the main entrance of the event.

Notice to Temporary Disruption

If a planned or unexpected disruption occurs to the services or facilities designated for attendees with disabilities, C.I.A.E will promptly notify all attendees and participants of such a disruption. In addition, a visible and clear notice will be posted at the point of service or facility disruption, informing attendees and participants about the reasons for the disruption, the estimated duration of the disruption and providing the locations of alternative facilities or services, if available.
